How is data backed up?

Your data is safely hosted at a datacenter. There are two types of backups:

System backup

Data is backup daily, at night. The retention is 14 days and is saved in a different datacenter on a backup storage infrastructure.

SQL-database backup

Data is fully backed up daily, but there is a differential backup every 4 hours. There are always two full back ups available, where differential backups are available for 24 hours.

Data storage

Data is stored for a minimum of 2 years. For RmoniWeb Validated this is a minimum of 5 years.
