Settings


Navigate to Administration and then to Settings. There are several different setting items. Each change to the settings can be saved by clicking on the Save all button at the top right. Each tab will be explained below:


  1. General
  2. User management
  3. Security
  4. Back dating
  5. NFC device settings
  6. App identifier



1. General

  • Change the timezone and/or default language for emails for the entire organization. 


2. User management

  • Set certain settings for users such as:
    • Allow users to register to the system

    • New registered users are active by default

    • Use security image question (captcha) on registration

    • Use security image question (captcha) on login

    • Cookie consent enabled

    • Session time out control enabled

    • Show lock screen when timed out (E.g. the number of seconds before a timeout occurs or the number of seconds how long a time out counts down before logging out)

    • Email confirmation required for login

3. Security

  • Manage the security settings for the entire organization by setting the password complexity:
    • Require digit
    • Require lowercase
    • Require non-alphanumeric
    • Require uppercase
    • Required length

  • Manage the security settings for the entire organization by setting a user lock out: 
    • Maximum number of failed login attempts
    • Account lockout duration (in seconds)

4. Back dating

  • As an organization there are two different choices. Either the organizations allows backdating for all checklists, or it doesn’t:
    • Backdating allowed: Checklists that surpass their deadline will receive the status Too late. The checklists still need to be completed even though the deadline has surpassed. This checklist will be available in the App or the Pending checklist overview until they are completed or deleted.
    • Backdating not allowed: Checklists can’t surpass their deadline. If the deadline has been reached the checklist will be completed automatically with the status Not completed. The checklists are no longer available to be completed and are only shown in the Published checklist overview.


5. NFC device setting

  • This overview shows an unique code. This code is needed for our NFC program which will send (temperature) data to the correct customer account. Temperatures and tags can be collected with a NFC thermometer and send to our web platform using the NFC program.


6. App identifier

  • This overview shows an unique code. Depending on your organizations setting this might be needed to activate new mobile devices. This code can be changed for the entire organization.
