Mobile app requirements

The RmoniWeb App is built for devices that run on the latest technologies. We recommend to install the RmoniWeb App on devices that meet a number of requirements. In order to be able to use the RmoniWeb App without any problems, we recommend using devices with sufficient working memory and Bluetooth technology.

System requirements

RAM memory advice: 4 GB+

Bluetooth version minimum: 4.0 (used to connect to Bluetooth thermometers)

iOS advice: 15.0

Android advice: Android 11.0

Having issues with the App?

The RmoniWeb App is thoroughly tested on several Android and iOS based mobile devices. If you experience any issues please check / try the following:

Restart the mobile device
Check whether the Android / iOS version is up-to-date. Update if necessary
Make sure the latest RmoniWeb App version is used. Check it here for Android or here for iOS
Make sure that the user has the correct permissions (E.g. permission to use the mobile App)
Delete and reinstall the RmoniWeb App
