Organizational unit types
We've added new organizational unit types: region, location and department. These are used to (visually) organize your organizational structure better and easier.
Concepts (labels)
We've added the function to add concepts to organizational units to easily filter on different types of concepts (E.g. different store types or department types).
Maximum number of messages
The maximum number of messages when creating new alarm profiles is set to 1 by default. This used to be set to unlimited by default.
Preferred language for E-mail / SMS / Voicecall
The preferred language for E-mail / SMS / Voicecall can be set per recipient or user.
Alarm profile
For further simplification of alarm profiles, the name of the recipient is also displayed when an alarm profile is selected.
