In some exceptional cases, it is possible that the user's browser saved certain cache data, which incorrectly generates the message "No data" in the sensor overview or certain screens seems to keep loading.
Since this happens outside of RmoniWeb, this can only be solved by removing the cache data on the clients browser. This can be done in six easy steps:
- On your computer, open Google Chrome
- At the top right, click More (indicated by the three dots)
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. Select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data
