Customize your own dashboard by adding widgets, relocate them or change the height/width.
New widget: Status published checklists current week
This a location widget. This widget shows all published checklists of the current week. This is a graph. The graph shows statuses: Open, started, completed.
New widget: Checklists with number of exceptions in the past 4 weeks
This a location widget. This widget shows the number of exceptions per checklist in the past 4 week. This is a graph.
New widget: Not completed checklist in the past 4 weeks
This a location widget. This widget shows the number of not completed checklists in the past 4 weeks.
New widget: Number of checklists with status “Not completed” per location (past week)
This is a management widget. The total number of checklists per location with the status “Not completed” are shown in a graph.
New widget: Number of checklists with status “Exceptions” per location (past week)
This is a management widget. The total number of checklists per location with the status “Exceptions” are shown in a graph.
New widget: Number of checklists with status “Partially skipped” per location (past week)
This is a management widget. The total number of checklists per location with the status “Partially skipped” are shown in a table.
New widget: Status per standard checklist (past 4 weeks)
This is a management widget. The status per standard checklist is shown in a Graph. The graph shows information of the locations based on what the user is permitted to seen.
New widget: Audit checklist(s) with number of exceptions per location
This is a management widget. The widgets shows the number of exceptions per checklist with the icon “Audit”. The data shown in the graph contains the past 3 months.
Technical update
A technical update to improve performance, usability , enable new developments and improve the look-and-feel of the platform.
New checklist icon: Audit
A new type of checklist icon. Checklists with this icon are displayed in the widget “Audit checklist(s) with numbers of exceptions per location”.
Link accounts
Customer accounts can be linked to easily switch between different customer accounts. User don’t need to log out and in to do this.
Authorize delegations
Users are able to give other users access to their account for a self-selected time period.
New NFC method
Renewed method for uploading NFC measurement data. The measurement data is entered automatically in all checklists that contains NFC tags.
Status icon in the manage checklist overview
Standard checklists which are assigned to locations show whether the checklist is active (one or more questions are active) or if it is completely inactive (all questions are disabled)
Improved PDF generation
The generation of PDF files have been improved.
Search filter on organizational unit when creating a regular checklist
A search filter has been added when adding an organization unit to a regular checklist. In this way, an organizational unit can easily be found, even when there are a large number of organizational units.
Organizational structure
The organizational structure is arranged in alphabetical order.
Visual improvement of organizational units
There is less distance between different organizational units, so the display of the organizational structure is improved.
